While Spock is at Gol he dreams of Kirk.      
While Spock is at Gol, Kirk dreams of Spock.      
As warriors in an ancient Prereform Vulcan society.      
When Spock goes into Pon Farr again he beams down to Vulcan with Kirk to be bonded, this time Kirk will be his mate, how does this ceremony look?. Dread Nought   First Wave

Spock and Kirk in leather. As in tight leather pants, and leather coat (long or semi-long) Not 'kinky' leather.      
Kirk/Spock having sex on the bridge. (with or without audience is up to the artist.)      
Kirk and Spock at the beach, hawaiian style-clothes?      
One or the other of the boys giving the other a massage.      
Kirk asking Sarek and Amanda permission to marry Spock. (think sheepish bridegroom here, could be fun and is very challenging because it hinges on subtle postures. A stipulation that it be in Norman Rockwell style would be funnier)      
Two centimeters from first kiss      
Kirk awakening Spock from a bad dream. Lots of tangled damp sheets.
